Method 1: Delete Hidden Volume Storage
If you use USB Flash driver after this error, Windows won’t assign the drive letter to it automatically. When you manually try to assign this USB a drive letter through Disk Management, you will face an error ‘The operation failed to complete because the Disk Management console view is not up-to-date. Refresh the view by using the refresh task. If the problem persists close the Disk Management console, restart Disk Management or restart the computer’. The only resolution to this problem is to delete Hidden Volume Storage devices.
Press Windows Key + R then type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
Now click on view then select Show Hidden Devices.
Expand Storage Volumes, and you will see strange devices. Note: only delete the storage devices which are not attributed to any devices on your system.
Right-click on each of them one by one and select Uninstall.
If asked for confirmation, select Yes and reboot your PC.
Next, again try to Update/Upgrade your PC and this time you may be able to Fix We couldn’t install Windows 10 Error 0XC190010 – 0x20017.
Method 2: Uninstall Bluetooth and Wireless Drivers
Press Windows Key + R then type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
Expand Bluetooth then finds your Bluetooth driver on the list.
